How it works

- Pick your region’s chat so you get the most relevant local updates.
- Show up to a ride.
What you get
- A real community of ALSO owners organized by region, not algorithm.
- Group rides and meetups in your metro area, plus invites to bigger annual gatherings.
- A place to ask questions about firmware, ride modes, frame swaps, charging, accessories, and everything else as the platform evolves.
- Photos, route ideas, and notes from other owners who’ve already taken the trip.
- Full access to what we organize — including member events, group buys, demo days, and partner perks if and when they happen.
FAQ
Do I need to own an ALSO to join? No. Future owners, reservation holders, and the bike-curious are all welcome. Roughly half the value of the club is getting smart on whether the bike is right for you before you commit.
How much does membership cost? The AND Membership is $60 per year after a 7-day free trial. Heylo manages membership billing and renewal.
Is there a free membership? No. We keep it simple with one membership and one shared community. Everyone can try it free for 7 days before the annual membership begins.
Is this an official ALSO club? No. We’re an independent, owner-led group. We’re reaching out to ALSO to be friendly and ideally get their tacit blessing, but we don’t speak for the company and they don’t speak for us.
I’m not in California. Does this club work for me? Yes. The club is national. We organize by region, so when there are three or more owners in your metro, you’ll see meetups in your area. If you’re the first ALSO owner in your city, we’ll help you host the first one.
Why not Discord / Slack / Facebook / Meetup? We’re using a club-focused platform because it keeps events, RSVPs, topic chats, member profiles, membership, and waivers in one place without the noise of a general-purpose chat app.
What if I want to host an event? Please do. Message an admin — we’ll help you set it up, promote it across the region, and figure out anything else you need.
How do I contact the club? Easiest way: send a message inside the community. For anything that needs to happen outside the group, email letsride@alsoriders.com.
